Homer Evott Carrell, 1907-1997

My great-grandfather was Homer E. Carrell. Great-grandfather Carrell was born on 19 July 1907 in Malvern, Arkansas and died 2 August 1997 in Charlottesville, Virginia.[1],[2]  His parents were Will Carrell, originally of Illinois (or Indiana) and a farmer, and Susan Agnes Lindsey.[3],[4] ,[5] Homer Carrell had several brothers and sisters, including at least these five [6].[7],[8]:

My grandmother was Sue Carrell Dallas, who we called “Memaw”.
